For Xerox Printer Offline, see if there is no job in the print queue.
Verify that the port is TCP/IP and not WSD. MS switched the port over to WSD. If so, select "Printer Properties" > "Ports" > "Add port" > "Standard TCP/IP port" > "New port" by clicking the right mouse button on the print driver. Set an IP address and select "Finish" in the next window. After that, select "Ports" > "Configure port" once more, switch from RAW to LPR, and type "lp" in the Queue name field. Make sure "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled" are not ticked.
