Why do RCD's require testing?
R.C.D. is an acronym for Residual Current Device, or sometimes better know as a Safety Switch. All buildings have RCD's and most building have many of them. RCD's are very important, as they are the last line of defense & can turn off the power, if someone was in risk of getting electrocuted.
