Points are on a reflection of a 1000 point system scale. The points you had before are on a 4000 point scale which is worth less.
Example: 1000= $1; 250 points =$0.25
4000= $1 1000 points = $0.25
So, anything made before the point change does not mean you get paid the new rate.
