All of the real estate management companies that we hired for our development advertised themselves as very competent. We all had to be replaced because of unsatisfactory performance. Not so KG Immobilien GmbH, Winterthur. They're just good. They understand what owners want. Now it runs smoothly and is a pleasure. I can recommend KG Immobilien to anyone who wants to leave the usual hassle with property management behind. Karin Gsell is very professional, extremely reliable and efficient for her customers and their individual needs. Karin is just as committed to her team. Working with her and for her was a lot of fun and gave me the freedom to work independently and on my own responsibility. I appreciated Karin not only as a boss, but also as a person.
